The Phase 1 assessment rubric has been used to judge the Phase I submissions. It was made available to all Challenge participants at the beginning of the competition to provide guidance on the level of thought and detail expected as well as how they would be assessed by the judging panel. Competitors were advised to pay close attention to this document when writing their proposals. The Rubric details the submission profiles and scoring attributes and also identifies all elements of the proposal and the core areas of assessment.
The Phase 2 assessment rubric will be used to judge the Phase II submissions. It has been available from the date that the Phase I winners have been announced.
